Niki worked for Boston Pizza International for five years as a Regional Marketing Manager and now runs the Marketing department for St. Louis Bar & Grill, which has 31 locations in Ontario and is set to open 12 in 2012. She studied at the University of Toronto and has been nominated for the prestigious Hostilery Top 30 Under 30 award. She is a passionate marketer who enjoys motivating entrepreneurs to market their business.
